Producer

Meadowsweet Farm is a 1/4 acre market garden bordering Lakewood and Golden. Jess Hargest started the farm in 2022 to put to use the farming knowledge and experience she's grown and gained since 2008. For her first two seasons, she focused on growing intensively and going into 2024, she's shifting her focus to finding balance and restoring the soil. She will only put 1/2 of the plot into production this year. She hopes to establish pasture and graze chickens on the other 1/2.
