Originally founded in 2015 by two scientists, Erie Coffee Roasters was sold to Libby Nelson and Sean McNeal in 2022. Libby, a veteran and mental health co-responder, and Sean, a seasoned finance professional, had been roasting their own coffee for years and dreamed of starting a coffee roasting business. Sean and Libby are passionate about providing quality coffee and supporting the farmers who grow it. They focus on supporting coffee growers in the Americas, especially in Puerto Rico. Erie Coffee Roasters is proud to partner directly with this continent’s finest producers! When not enjoying a cup at home, you can find their coffee at The Source Hotel.
